1.If there is a lack of fire in the one or two layers of bricks around the bottom of the kiln car and no bricks in the middle,the reason for this situation is usually due to the cold air rising from the bottom of the kiln car.
2.If the bricks on both sides of the kiln car are undercooked,it indicates that there is too little sand in the sand seal or that the sand seal plate of the car or the sand seal groove of the kiln is damaged,and sand should be replenished or repaired.
3.If there is a brick under fire at both ends of the kiln car,it indicates that the kiln car joint is severely leaking air and needs to be repaired in a timely manner.During kiln car roasting,it is also required that the air pressure on the kiln car surface be zero.
4.The control of the fire intensity by the firer is not accurate,and they tend to overestimate the small fire,especially when there is a significant difference in lighting between night and day.
5.When adding external fuel,the principle of"frequent addition","minimal addition",and"small amount multiple times"was not followed,resulting in significant changes in the heat inside the kiln.
6.The high ash content,low heat content,and poor quality of the fuel result in insufficient total heat in the kiln,causing the temperature inside the kiln to not rise to the required level.
7.The use of air dampers is too high,and the ventilation volume of the entire kiln is inappropriately large,resulting in a large amount of heat being extracted from the kiln and unable to raise the temperature inside the kiln to the required level for firing.
8.The use of air dampers is too low,and the ventilation rate of the entire kiln is inappropriately small,resulting in insufficient oxygen during the combustion of the fuel used to burn fired bricks in the kiln.The combustion intensity per unit time is very low,and the heat generated by fuel combustion is not enough to raise the temperature inside the kiln to the required level.
